Data minimisation
Documents and reference numbers are optional. You can track an expiry date without storing the document that relates to it, and we encourage users not to store more sensitive information than they need.
Account isolation
In connected mode, NeverExpire uses Supabase authentication and Row Level Security policies intended to ensure each account can access only its own records and document paths.
Report a concern
If you believe you have found a security issue, please use the contact form and include enough detail for us to understand the concern. Do not include passwords, secret keys, or sensitive personal documents in a report.
