Information you choose to add
Account details can include your email address and optional display name. Tracked items can include titles, dates, categories, reminders, notes, and optional family profiles. Uploading a document is optional.
Sensitive information
Reference numbers are optional and should be treated as sensitive. NeverExpire does not require full passport, Emirates ID, banking, or payment card numbers by default. Please add only the information you need for your own reminders.
How information is used
We use the information in your account to provide the tracker, reminders, account support, and product security. We do not sell personal information or use advertising cookies.
Connected data and documents
In connected mode, private user data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security policies intended to isolate each account. Uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket and are optional to the core tracking experience.
Your choices
You can export your tracked-item data from the app. You may also contact support about access, correction, or deletion requests. Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.
